Candice Palacio is the President & Founder of Mauna West Construction, bringing nearly two decades of experience across commercial construction, restoration, and executive leadership. Her background spans design-build, tenant improvements, multifamily housing, education, office/warehouse, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, municipal buildings, and government/military projects, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of complex environments and high-performance standards.
Prior to founding Mauna West Construction, Candice served in executive leadership roles where she oversaw multi-market operations, drove revenue growth, and improved overall performance. Her ability to align strategy with execution has made her a trusted leader in delivering consistent, high-quality results across diverse portfolios.
